We are a group of Christians dedicated to seeing the love and power of God reach out to those around us. Everyone is welcome at our services. We gather to worship God and to see the love and power of God change people’s lives as He has changed ours. God loves you so much that Jesus came and gave His life for you so that you might enjoy His abundant life. As you can see from the testimonies of just a few of those that God has healed and set free from sickness, disease, mental illness and addiction, He cares for us and loves us. God has got no favourites.
Fiskerton Revival Centre is an operating title of Free Christian Fellowship, which is registered with the Charities Commission as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered in England and Wales no: 1196466. Our constitution is available on the Charities Commission website searching using our registered number.

Most people are only aware of the meetings and outreach they attend, but there is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to make these events happen, keep the facilities safe and clean and everything legal. Free Christian Fellowship has four Trustees who are responsible for the day to day management of the Charity, and are the driving force behind the work of Fiskerton Revival Centre. We are also grateful to those who support the ministry with their time, skills and offerings and to everyone who comes to the meetings.
We do not generally use ministry titles, but for the sake of conventional identity we have included them here.

Mike Copeman (Pastor) leads this ministry and the meetings at the Fiskerton Revival Centre. He strongly believes in the commission Christ left us in Mark 16: not only preaching the Gospel and making disciples but witnessing the signs and wonders that are promised to follow those that believe. He first experienced the power and love of God when he was 19, Mike was an atheist, but God showed Himself to him through a mighty deluge of His loving presence. His life is forever changed.

Paul Cowling (Deputy Pastor) accepted Christ as his Saviour when he was 54. Brought up in a Christian home, Paul always felt he could manage life on his own. He was set free from drugs and alcohol addiction, but the real crunch came when he was diagnosed with bowel cancer. He cried out to God and the Lord answered his cry. The Lord uses Paul as a healing evangelist, and he has seen many hundreds of people saved and healed as God has touched them.

Sue Copeman was brought up in a Christian home and gave her heart to the Lord when she was just 6 years old. Despite her young age she knew God was real and He was a constant source of strength to her as she grew up, and throughout her life. Married to Mike, she supports the fellowship with wise words, prayer, tea and sandwiches, nurturing everyone in their spirit and their body.
- The Divine inspiration authority and sufficiency of the Holy Scriptures;
- The unity of the Godhead with the distinction of persons in that Unity, namely the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit to whom equal honour is due;
- That the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ, truly became the Man, being begotten of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary;
- That His death was a sacrifice to God and a propitiation for the remission of sins;
- That He was raised from the dead; That He ascended to the Right Hand of God and is now the all sufficient High Priest of His people;
- That He will come again to receive them unto Himself;
- That in consequence of the fall of Adam, man became “lost”, “without strength” and “against God”;
- The need of the Holy Spirit’s work is reconciliation, regeneration and sanctification;
- That the justification of the sinner before God is faith alone;
- That every justified one is also born of God;
- That such new birth results in and is evidenced the holiness of life and good works;
- That at death the spirit of man does not cease to exist;
- That the dead will be raised to either life or to condemnation and that the blessedness of the righteous and the punishment of the unrighteous will be alike, eternal.
We believe that the coming of the Lord in the rapture is very close, and our mission is to spread the gospel throughout the UK to win souls for Christ and to prepare the Church for this event, through the ministry of the Holy Spirit, in obedience to Christ's great commission and the prophetic Word in the Holy Bible. Revival meetings and open air ministry take place regularly, as the Lord directs, throughout the UK. Dates and locations are published.
We also publish regular scripture texts, teaching and encouraging messages on this website and our social media streams. Further information and access points are available. (Proverbs 23:23 KJV).During the late 1940s there was a fresh wave of anointing resulting in a number of ministries being launched in the USA the Holy Spirit. These included AA Allen, Oral Roberts, William Branham and, of course, Billy Graham. In England this anointing equipped Henri Staples. His wife, mother, mother-in-law and a few other faithful prayer warriors had been praying for Henri. He played the piano at the local Pentecostal Church in Mansfield but he was not as committed as he should have been. His priority was making money. He was a very successful businessman with shops in Newark on Trent, England and market stalls far and wide.
One Sunday in 1948 God knocked Henri off his piano stool and anointed him with a deliverance ministry and that was the start of Henri’s Glory Meetings in the United Kingdom and Europe. Henri soon had new converts along with those who did not feel fulfilled with what was on offer in the churches. It was never his desire to start a church, rather for others to get this blessing of love, joy and peace in the Holy Spirit and take it back to their own church. Henri and the Glory Team regularly travelled all over the UK and parts of Europe spreading the Good News of the Gospel.
Roy Turner was a young local reporter who went along to one of Henri’s open air meetings on Mansfield market place. The police had to have a black maria and a heavy police presence in the market place on Saturday and Sunday evenings but since Henri had been having open airs there on a Sunday the police presence was no longer needed, so he wanted to find out why. Roy found God there, along with many others, and God changed his life. God gave him the gift of music and the words and music for Christian songs just came to him – many hundreds in fact and they have been a great blessing worldwide. His songs are published in many Christian song books and CDs are available here.
An opportunity came up for Henri to have a few meetings just down the road from where he lived in Fiskerton Methodist Chapel. He rented the Chapel and it was packed with standing room only every Saturday night. It was only intended that the meeting should go on for a few weeks. Decades later Fiskerton Chapel still rings to God’s praises every Saturday night. During that time the Chapel has been bought from the Methodists and, since Henri’s death in December 1992, various people have led the meetings, the longest serving being Roly and Josie Steeper. Roly and Josie put much effort and their own money into securing the Chapel and then carrying out renovation works. They are with the Lord now, much loved and fondly remembered. Since then Mike and Sue Copeman have taken the reins. We continue to see the Holy Spirit bringing in new converts and many have been healed in body and mind.
The Lord has abundantly blessed the folk who have gathered at Fiskerton over the years. Recently that blessing has increased and we have witnessed the power and love of God moving in salvation, healing and deliverance. Some of those testimonies you can read about on the testimonies blog.
Everyone is welcome at Fiskerton. We gather to worship God and our primary purpose is to see the power of God change people’s lives as He has changed ours.
The reason the meetings came to be known as Glory Meetings was that the Presence of God came into the meetings and many were saved, healed and delivered just where they sat or when they were prayed for. Many of those that came into the meetings received that same anointing and carried the Presence of God with them. He is still the same! We are hungry for God and hungry for God’s power to flow out and meet the needs of those around us.
You will feel better for coming here!
Do you know Jesus as your personal Saviour? There is a prayer that you can pray so that you can know Him, but there are some things you need to know first:
God loves you
There is no one too bad for God, not even you. God loves you so much that He came to show you what God is like – He heals us - the lame walk, the blind see, the deaf hear, cancers gone and the troubled minds are made peaceful again. The devil brought all those things upon us but Jesus said that He came that we might have His life in abundance. He loves you despite yourself but we have to give our heart to Him, say sorry and invite Him into our life to receive His forgiveness, then we need thank Him. If you have really received Him, your heart will be full of thank you. So the next step is to pray, just speak to God. If you are not sure if He is real, even if you know He is not real, just ask Him to show Himself to you. I did not believe in God, but when He filled me with His overpowering love I KNEW it - He is real. No-one could dissuade me from it. I had experienced God – He touched me deep in my spirit and filled me with Himself. So come on, let's pray.
Loving heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus.
The Bible says that 'whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved' (Romans 10:13).
I am calling on Your name now and receiving the salvation that you made available to me when you died on the cross and was raised from the dead. The Bible also says that if I shall confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead I will be saved (Romans 10:9,10). I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe that He was raised from the dead and that He has saved me. I confess Him now as my Lord and Saviour. Fill me with your Holy Spirit Lord and give me the gift of tongues that I might truly worship you. Thank you Jesus for Your salvation.
Now go and tell someone that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Saviour. Speak to God every day and read the Bible every day. Start with the Gospel of John, in the New Testament, and ask God to make the words plain to you. God bless you.
